MATEY Project - Matching Aged To Engaging Youngsters

Expressions of Interest for the MATEY Project have now closed.

Camden Council is hosting an eight week MATEY pilot project inviting Aged Care facilities, Seniors Groups; Child Care facilities, Preschools and Family Day Care providers to connect through a variety of formats including craft, stories, pictures, photos, mail and online technology.

MATEY seeks to connect those currently isolated and with limited technological knowledge with a focus on connecting Camden’s children and older people during social isolation. Overall, the project will run for eight weeks during the months of May and June 2020.
